Download a ZIP file containing
the SAS code (LIFE_EXPECTATION.SAS) along with some sample data
and parameter files.
The sample data and parameter files are exactly the same as
those distributed with the program, except that the bottom half
(the life expectations) have been deleted from POPMORT.DAT and
XAGE=0 has been added to TABU.PAR (so that SURV will run without
requiring the expectations of life).
LIFE_EXPECTATION.SAS is configured to read POPMORT.DAT and
write a file called POPMORT.NEW which contains the expectations
of life.
